Welcome to our Sponsorship and Donation application site. Please read carefully the following points before beginning to detail your request:

• This site is intended to optimize the selection process by guiding you in the description of your application throughout several pre-formatted questions;
• Please ensure all questions are answered and that your information is complete as it will not allow submission of your request;
• You may save your application and work on it multiple times prior to submitting it;
• Reread your application carefully prior to submitting it. Keep in mind that once your request is submitted, the review process begins;

While we respect that your application is important to your organization, we receive many requests and give full consideration to all requests so this process may take several weeks and for that reason we ask that you submit your request at minimum 6 weeks prior to the date of your event or the date by which a decision is required.

You will be notified by email confirming your submission and at a later date with respect to the status of your application.

Community Fry Wagon Program
From April to November, the Cavendish Farms Fry Wagon rolls across Prince Edward Island, helping local charities, community groups, and minor sports teams turn events into successful fundraisers. We bring the wagon, the fries, and the expertise. Your organization sells the fries and keeps the proceeds. It’s a simple and memorable way to celebrate great food, community, and fundraising with fries – one golden bite at a time.
